    Responsibilities

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Assist and coordinate activities of workers engaged in washing and polishing automobiles and related services
    • Act as a working manager, which means willing to act in all roles of the car wash as needed, including cleaning, cashiering, and greeting vehicles.
    • Responsible for seamless and outstanding service, especially when involving customer complaints and escalating issues
    • Work closely with employees to ensure a clean and safe working environment
    • Able to offer outstanding customer service
    • Selling monthly packages

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent. College preferred
    • Must be able to read and write English
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experienced in delivering specific performance feedback to direct reports
    • Must be able to multitask
    • Manage daily customer traffic through effective delegation
    • Bilingual in Spanish would be helpful in this position
    • Must be able to maintain a positive attitude
    • Must be able to effectively communicate with staff and customers
    • Must be able to endure repetitive bending and reaching
    • Must be able to stand for long hours
    • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
    • Must be able to work inside and outside in extreme weather conditions
    • Must be flexible and able to work weekends
    • Must be able to work 10-12 hour days
    • Must have reliable transportation
