Responsibilities

Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:

 

  • Schedule all Training Center appointments
  • Coordinate training programs
  • Prepare training materials
  • Print and bind training manuals
  • Enter training data into Abra
  • Assign, track and communicate necessary information for online exams
  • Track training certifications and communicate upcoming due dates
  • Communicate with various educational institutions to enroll employees and/or submit payment
  • Email routine training reports
  • Purchase, arrange and pick-up refreshments and meals for training classes
  • Assist in minor edits of training documentation
  • Quarterly update for internal company manuals

Qualifications

•Education: HS Diploma, some college preferred

•Experience: minimum 1-2 years administrative experience

•Manages time and resources effectively.

•Possess a high level of learning agility for continuous development.

•Excellent organizational and time management skills.

•Self-motivated and skilled at motivating others to meet critical deadlines.

•Excellent computer skills (power point, excel and other MS office programs).

•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

•Must be flexible and adaptive to constant changing environment.

•Ability to offer excellent customer service.
